The Walters story began in 2006 when Keith and Sarah Walters first founded the company. Since then, Walters Hospitality has hosted countless celebrations. Created as a nod to that heartfelt beginning, The 06’s creative studio offers individuals, couples, families, and professionals 2,000+ square feet of inspiring spaces to capture their special moments.

Atelier No. 1

Complete with seamless interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows, Atelier No. 1 is our most versatile and balanced space. Perfect for lifestyle shoots, this room features an abundance of light and plenty of adaptability for engagement, bridal, maternity, baby, and family portraits.

Atelier No. 2

Looking to create consistent and professional imagery for your brand or business? Whether you prefer natural or studio light, Atelier No. 2 offers the ideal backdrop for powerful brand or product sessions, and a space for professional headshot photography that speaks to your audience.

Atelier No. 3

Brimming with an empowering creative spirit, our third atelier is purposely designed with body-positive boudoir shoots in mind. The intimate space features several pieces, including a moveable bed — a staple decor of any boudoir photo session. You’ll also get direct access to a bathroom and changing area for comfort and privacy.

Curious about our rental policy? Eager to know more about our spaces? Here are a few of the most common inquiries, answered by The 06 team.
question 01 How will I access the studio?

At The 06, we provide a luxurious and personalized experience from the get-go. We have dedicated team members ready to welcome you and your guests to our space upon arrival — no keypad access needed.

question 02 Can I bring my own photographer?

You are more than welcome to bring your own photographer to your photo session. Don’t have a photographer in mind? Don’t worry. You can select our in-house photography option with Emily Chappell Productions — one of the premier Dallas photography teams.

question 03 How many friends and family members can I bring to my session?

At The 06, we specialize in capturing meaningful life moments with your loved ones — from family portraits to holiday sessions with the whole family. We’re always excited to welcome your party, but we ask that you keep the count to 6 people per appointment.

question 04 Do you have changing rooms and vanity spaces?

Yes! Inside our facility, you’ll find a private changing room and a vanity space for pre-shoot touch-ups.

question 05 Are pets allowed?

We would love to welcome your pet to our studio! Please note that there’s a $500 pet deposit fee added at the time of booking for clean-up and damages. We also ask that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by your pet and assume responsibility for returning the studio to its original condition. We appreciate your mindfulness of those using the studio before and after you!

question 06 Can I bring outside food and/or drink?

Yes, you are welcome to bring food or drink into our space! Please use caution so as not to damage furniture, props, or backgrounds. A cleaning fee will be applied to any stained upholstery or damaged amenities.

Our studio does not have access to a kitchen or refrigerator, but you may bring a heater or chafing dish to keep your food warm. When it comes to alcoholic beverages, for persons 21 or older, please follow TABC guidelines to ensure responsible use and consumption in the space, and please keep all food and drinks inside the studio.

question 07 How does pricing work?

Each space can be secured at $300 for a two-hour block, which is the minimum reservation time allowed. Additional hours are $100 per hour with a 4-hour total reservation maximum. We’re mindful of our client’s time and schedule, so please note that we charge an overtime premium of $350 per hour (in increments of an hour). The space must be cleaned and returned to its original condition within your reservation window or additional fees may be incurred.

question 08 What if I don’t see my desired date/time on the online booking form?

Please use our contact form or email us directly at Info@The06Collective.com to inquire if you do not see your desired time/date & our team will explore available options with you to find a solution.

question 09 Can I host an event at your studio?

If you’re celebrating a special event or simply want the place to yourself, we’re open to providing you and your party full private access to our studio spaces. For organized events and exclusive use of the studio, please contact us directly.

question 10 What’s your cancellation policy?

At this time, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your request must be made 24 hours ahead of a scheduled session.

question 11 Can I play music during my session?

Absolutely! We want you to feel your best and most empowered during your creative session. However, we ask that you keep the volume of noise at a reasonable level and be respectful to other studio clients.

question 12 What happens when clients go over time?

If a client goes over the scheduled time, the client will be billed at one hour premium for any over time – $350 per hour in increments of an hour. If you need additional time prior to your scheduled time, please contact us directly.

question 13 What's your noise policy?

Renters are expected to exercise reasonable noise levels and be respectful of other studio clients.
